Veronika Popova - Business Development Officer
Working withing the business industry for three years I am always excited to learn new skills and develop my current skills.
Whilst working in the role I have qualified in SFEDI Level 3 (business mentoring) and have been using the qualification to support licensees to my best ability.
Working within such a small team I always take the opportunity to learn from my manager and experienced colleagues.
Being multilingual I use my language talents to provide unique customer service, provide support to customers who may not speak much English. I can bring in great ideas and I am keen to learn and go above and beyond.
I enjoy the interaction with tenants, and I thrive to continue relationship building. This includes building on ideas on how best our tenants can further engage and how to develop their business.
