Since being based with the Managed Workspace team I have gained great insight in supporting businesses in this type of setting. The apprenticeship has given me the opportunity to further my skills and adapt to a new way of working.
I feel my confidence and ability has grown and assisted me in developing further skills to establish a career in supporting businesses and working as part of a Managed Workspace team.
I studied at Hull College doing Business Administration and successfully completed both levels 1 and 2. This gave me a great insight into the world of business, and I followed this up by studying I.T as a further progression.
I then joined the Hull City Council Managed Workspace team on a Kickstart placement where I was able to gain valuable workplace experience before starting my Apprenticeship.
